- Your name, and optionally your age — to personalise your experience and complete bookings.
- Your booking details — venue, service, staff member, time, and any notes.
- Your favourite venues and display preferences (such as language and theme).
- Basic technical data for security and abuse prevention.
2. How we use your information
- To make, manage, and remind you of your bookings.
- To send confirmations and updates via SMS or WhatsApp.
- To protect your account and prevent fraud.
- We never sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Sharing your data
When you book, we share your name, phone number and appointment details only with the relevant venue so it can serve you. We may use service providers (such as SMS delivery) bound to protect your data.
4. Cookies & local storage
We use simple local storage in your browser to remember your preferences (language, light/dark theme, and your login session). We do not use advertising trackers.
